Students: Upward Bound is a program designed to prepare you for college. We provide academic help and do exciting social activities throughout the year.
Parents: Upward Bound is a pre-college, year round program designed to motiviate and provide high school students with skills to successfully pursue a post-secondary education. Upward Bound provides assistance to students who have the desire and determination to strive toward higher goals in education, yet may not have financial and educational resources to do so.
Funds for this project were provided by grants from the Minnesota Intervention for College Attendance Program administered by the Office of Higher Education ($40,000 annually) and from the Upward Bound Program administered by the U.S. Department of Education ($250,000 annually).
