Welcome, on behalf of the Intercultural Center, I would like to welcome you to Lake Superior College. The Intercultural Center is a great place to meet new students and create long-lasting friendships. It is also a place to expand your own horizons, explore different cultures, and of course, share your own experiences with the campus. Our goal is to make your learning experience at Lake Superior College a rewarding journey.

Vision:
The vision of Lake Superior College's Intecultural Center is to serve as the catalyst to unite individuals from diverse backgrounds embracing the belief that they hold the power to create and support diversity in their communities.

Mission:
The mission of Lake Superior College's Intercultural Center is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff and community members to enhance their intercultural competency.  The ICC will broaden student experiences through activities and events that promote global awareness.

We are an active student organization on campus that promotes diversity through effective and fun activities.

Off-campus Activities:

    • The Haunted Ship and the Haunted Castle.
    • Movies for Halloween
    • Soul Food Celebration at UMD


    On-campus Activities:
    • Motivational speaking and spoken word performances.
    • Cinco de Mayo
    • Martin Luther King (Jr) March
