Greetings From Health Services!

I hope this note finds you well. Health Services recieved a $15,000.00 grant through the Miller-Dwan Foundation this past fall titled "Under the Limit, in Charge of Your Life'" a high-impact campaign to provide hands-on education experiences designed to help students be "in charge" of making good decisions around issues of alcohol use and overall mental health.

First off, we have a great group of students addressing mental health through our Active Minds group on campus. Some of these students have been trained in psychological first aid through St. Luke's Mental Health Services. This group is busy planning for Send Silence Packing & Stress Out Week and will be assisting with Pet Therapy. Secondly, we have two trained Alcohol peer Educators willing to present to classes across campus. We will be working with a student through Anup Parajuli's class to design messaging in our bathrooms and throughout the campus, addressing the alcohol issues as well. But...here is where you come in - please take a moment to read the below information as we need your assistance in spreading the word.
